The Real Estate Authority desperately needed a new fit-out for two reasons. Firstly their existing space was seismically unsound and secondly they had just been rebranded with a new corporate identity.

They were a pleasure to work with and their fit out was based on their new branding and graphics - right down to the walls being finished to the exact graphic pantone colours.

The fit-out included new furniture and lighting.

Acoustics for privacy while maintaining an open plan space was of utmost importance.
